The Digital and Social Media Strategists Team consists of creative minds that includes Graphics designers, Animators, Video Editors on one hand who create the graphic work, videos and animations and on the other we have Digital Media Executives, Social Media Executives, SEO Analysts who handle the client's social media accounts, pages and also come up with attractive at the same time touching solutions and ideas for digital platforms.
Key Qualities, Responsibilities and Requirements
- 1) Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions
- 2) Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final commercial quality products
- 3) Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
- 4) Give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams
- 5) Collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers
- 6) Create prototypes and mock-ups of new types of characters, objects, scenes
- 7) Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits
- 8) Graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- 9) Animation Designing Tools such as Adobe Character, Adobe Animate, Adobe Spark, etc.
- 10) Great Communication skills especially ability to communicate in Tamil and English or Malayalam and English
- 11) Handles rejection
- 12) 3 to 5 Years Experience in Animation is a must
- 13) Bachelor’s degree / Graphic Designing / Animation Courses or equivalent experience
- 14) Create visual elements such as political characters, backgrounds, scenes, banners, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
